Triogen Holdings Limited and its subsidiary Suez Purification and Disinfection Systems (together known as ‘Triogen’), is a global specialist water treatment company providing ozone, UV and AOP (Advanced Oxidation Process) technologies.

The transaction, which closed on 18th September 2019, marks the start of a new strategic partnership and sales agreement between BIO-UV Group and Suez Water Technologies & Solutions.
For BIO-UV, Triogen’s activities offer synergies including sales growth via access to new geographic markets and product portfolio extension into ozone and advanced oxidation process (AOP) technologies to enhance their competitive advantage.
