Amane is proud to have served as the exclusive financial advisor to global water developer Almar Water Solutions on the creation of its partnership with Moya Holding, Indonesia’s largest water operator, and in acquiring a 50% stake in two of Moya’s water treatment plants concessions.

With regional platforms in Latin America, North Africa, and Asia Pacific, and a portfolio of more than 150 water contracts, Almar Water Solutions and its subsidiaries have around 1,000 employees worldwide with local operational offices.

This latest move marks Almar’s first investment in Southeast Asia.

Amane Partner Bastien Simeon led the project for Amane. Of the transaction, he said:
