Title: Knowledge Management Analyst

This newly created role reports to the Head of Knowledge & Research and is an integral part of Amane’s growth strategy. In this role, you will own, enhance, and manage our existing knowledge assets, including our expert and company databases, and identify and create new knowledge assets to make Amane truly distinctive.

When required, you will support the core consulting team on knowledge requests.

  • Support a range of projects and initiatives to ensure all market knowledge is captured, maintained, and shared with the right audience at the right time
  • Ensure knowledge and databases remain relevant, up to date, of high quality, and findable, working closely with a range of stakeholders to stay abreast of changes and project needs, while ensuring high levels of confidentiality.
  • Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement using data, metrics, stakeholder insight, and commercial awareness.
  • Support, coach, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on the value that well-organized, governed, and shared knowledge can bring.
  • Bring value through your extensive knowledge as well as your proven ability to connect people, innovate and optimise knowledge processes, technologies, and ways of working to deliver tangible business benefits.

What you need to make an impact:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a knowledge management, research, or analyst role.
  • Experience in a professional services setting, such as strategic consulting would be useful but is not essential.
  • Interest in water-related environmental issues and sustainability, ideally with experience and knowledge in water/solid waste
  • Analytical mindset and ability to synthesise a large amount of information/data and feel at ease with numbers
  • Experience in building and designing slides with clear messages and storylines
  • Demonstrated experience in research and database management
  • Propensity to take initiative, assume accountability, and seek out better ways of working and communicating
  • Excellent written skills, with a good attention to detail
  • Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • International exposure, either working or studying in other countries, is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English; a second language is an advantage
  • Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Our Singapore office is led by Christophe Guillet, Managing Partner.  Natalie Pena, Head of Knowledge & Research will specifically oversee your duties and will provide coaching and support to you.
