    We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Philadelphia team. As a project manager, you will independently lead projects across all the services that Amane offers, serving international corporate groups, financial investors, and start-ups alike. You will lead project teams of 2-4 consultants, typically consisting of a mix of consultants from our Philadelphia office and from Amane’s other offices around the world.

    You will participate in business development for Amane, which promises to be an exciting task at a fast-growing firm that is looking to strengthen our presence in the North American market.

    We expect successful candidates will subsequently transition to a Senior Project Manager role with Amane Advisors.

    Qualification

    3-5 years’ experience in strategy consulting, including independently manage consulting projects from inception to completion, with the ability to lead and develop a motivated team to successfully deliver the projects. Ideally, you will have had international exposure, either working or studying in other countries.

  • Business or Engineering degree from a well-respected university
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a in a strategy consulting or financial advisory role; prior experience working with water companies will also be considered favorably
  • Proven ability to apply the consulting toolkit, from scoping and structuring problems to synthesizing implications
  • Able to lead teams, coaching and developing consultants
  • Experience with building trusted relationships with senior executives at companies
  • Prior exposure to business development
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
  • Interest in water-related environmental issues
