With ambitious growth plans and an increased focus on recruiting and retaining the best talent, Amane is looking to recruit the newly created role of Resourcing Manager. This follows the creation of the role of the Learning and Development Manager role in Spring 2021.

Based in either Oxford (UK) or Paris (France), you will be in charge of implementing the talent acquisition strategy (e.g., identification of needs, sourcing, hunting and driving the end-to-end interview process), development of the employer brand/value proposition for candidates and resourcing staff on projects. This role would be responsible for all roles from Interns to Project Manager and Partner level across the global offices.

Key duties will involve :

  • Proactively identifying and planning for the recruitment needs for the company for the coming year, taking into account revenue targets and turnover, and building talent pipelines to be able to address these
  • Reviewing the current recruitment and talent acquisition processes to identify focus areas for targeted initiatives to deliver the high quality candidates at both a junior and senior level
  • Purchasing and implementing an Applicant Tracker System (ATS) to improve the candidate experience and reduce the administrative burden of recruiting
  • Understanding the expertise and development goals of our staff, to effectively resource projects to deliver effectively for our clients and ensure our teams feel they are learning and growing
  • Maintaining a real time view of current and upcoming project resourcing needs and escalating any resourcing challenges proactively to the Partners
  • Working closely with each Partner to understand their current experience of recruiting for roles and identify variations in the employment market within their country
  • Planning and conducting recruitment and selection processes (managing the recruitment inbox, screening calls, interviews, feedback interview, etc.)
  • Utilising social media channels or other means to promote Amane’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP), for example using LinkedIn to its fullest potential, including proactively finding right candidates
  • Find and manage pool of external/temporary consultants including building relationships with temp recruitment firms, and support team to fill gaps in projects by finding the right external candidate.
  • Developing relationships with external institutions such as universities in each country, to develop a talent pipeline of interns and consultants. Organising and/or attend career fairs, assessment centres or other events
  • Overseeing a budget to use recruitment agencies and head hunters as and when required. This role will also be responsible for finding the right agencies and building relationships with them


You will have :

  • Extensive experience of leading recruitment, either internally or externally. Ideally you will have specific experience successfully utilising LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Familiarity in full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, management of the recruitment plan and employment branding/ EVP
  • Experience of working in a consultancy organisation. In additionally, ideally you will have managed resource allocation within a management consultancy or other professional services environment, or experience of how resource allocation works in such an environment (e.g. experience as a consultant)
  • A good understanding of all selection methods and techniques and proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • The ability to speak multiple languages and experience of working in a global business would be advantageous


  • Degree in an HR related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience
  • Ideally with international exposure (study/work)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Influencing and negotiation techniques
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • An understanding of diversity and how this impacts and connects with resourcing
  • Motivating and engaging the team and the whole organisation
  • Strong relationship building, management and communication skills
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Broad knowledge of recruitment and latest recruitment developments
  • Having key knowledge on labour laws and recruitment legislation
  • Proficient with MS Office
